Baada ya kupokea kumbukumbu namba hizo za malipo, utaziingiza kumbukumbu namba hizo kwenye kiboksi kinachoonekana katika ukurasa ambacho kinakutaka kuingiza kumbukumbu namba za malipo kinachosomeka kwa lugha ya kingereza ‘‘Enter your Ref. numbers’’ na baada ya kuingiza namba zote utabonyeza kitufe chenye rangi ya (rangi)
Baada ya kubonyeza kitufe cha rangi (rangi) utaweza kupakua au DOWNLOAD maamuzi uliyoyalipia na baada ya kupakua (Download) mfumo utajifunga ukisubiri muamala (Transaction) nyingine

KUMBUKA: Mara baada ya kupakua (Download) maamuzi uliyoyalipia,

maamuzi hayo uliyoyalipia yatapatikana katika mfumo kwa

kwa mpakuaji au mnunuzi tu kwa muda wa masaa (…) tu.

Choose Court of your own choice. Eg The Court of Appeal of Tanzania, The High Court of United Republic of Tanzania & The High Court of Tanzania Commercial Division.
Choose principles you want from decided cases. You may wish to use search tool bar so as to get principles of your choice quickly.
After getting or finding a principle(s) of your choice you will press ‘‘DOWNLOAD’’
The system will require you to pay through mobile numbers (Tigo Pesa or M-Pesa) and you will send the money to one among two numbers using normal procedures to send Mobile Money to another person.

NB: Payment amount will depend with the Court of your choice as follows: - (a) The Court of Appeal of Tanzania cases Tsh. 17,700/=

(b) The High Court of United Republic of Tanzania cases

Tsh. 11800/=

After sending money to a mobile number of your choice (Tigo Pesa or M-Pesa) you will get a message in your mobile phone showing that you have successfully send money to BSM ATTORNEYS AND LEGAL CONSULTANCY with transaction reference numbers.
You will enter the reference numbers in the box which appear at your page. Eg Enter your Payment Ref. numbers
After entering your reference numbers you will press (xxxxx) color button and then the system will DOWNLOAD a copy of judgment containing principles you have chosen and soon after DOWNLOADING a system will close waiting for another transaction.

NB: After DOWNLOADING your file, your file which downloaded from the

system will be found for only (…) hours and cannot be accessed by

another user other than the one who paid for it.
